The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, is seeking a parking-only lease for 125 secure parking spaces in Chicago, Illinois. The lessor must provide a fully serviced lease within a delineated area bounded by Jefferson Street to the west, the Chicago River to the east, Jackson Street to the north, and Harrison Street to the south. The offered site must accommodate an oversized vehicle, provide 24-hour access, and meet strict federal security, fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards outside of the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. The lease term is for 15 years, with a 10-year firm term, and occupancy will begin after the completed installation of various security measures such as access controls and video surveillance.
