PIMC Lad Testing

The “SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE” is a market research initiative by the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) to identify qualified contractors for diagnostic reference laboratory testing services. This is not a request for quote but aims to determine compliance with the Buy Indian Act and potential set-asides for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). The notice emphasizes priority for ISBEEs in accordance with the Buy Indian Act and relevant FAR clauses. Interested firms must provide company information, points of contact, contract numbers (if applicable), DUNS or SAM Unique Entity Identifier, Tax ID, business category (IEE or ISBEE), a capability statement, and complete the IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form, identifying their Federally Recognized Indian Tribe or Alaska Native Corporation. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
