REPAIR LIVE FIRE TRAINING FACILITY AIRCRAFT MOCK-UP

The Department of the Air Force, 910th Airlift Wing, is seeking a contractor to repair and correct deficiencies on the Live Fire Training Facility Aircraft Mock-Up (Building 6006) located at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Vienna, Ohio. The required scope of work includes troubleshooting and repairing burner and ignition systems, correcting structural steel corrosion, replacing a cargo-area sprinkler head, repairing warped doors and gratings, and upgrading the propane distribution and emergency shutoff control systems. To qualify, contractors must demonstrate technical capability in specialized areas such as LPG systems and certified welding, and must complete the work within 90 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. This project is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside with an estimated value between $250,000 and $500,000, and final proposals are due electronically by 9:00 AM local time on September 21, 2026.
