The U.S. Department of State is seeking information to support occupational and urgent care medical services for employees and trainees at the Bureau of Diplomatic Security training site in Blackstone, Virginia. The planned scope includes comprehensive occupational health support, clinical care for minor illnesses and injuries, limited emergency care, telehealth, health education, laboratory and infectious disease testing, surveillance screenings, vaccinations, and related staffing and clinic support. The requirement is tied to the Department’s domestic training mission and is intended to serve approximately 600 permanent staff and up to 750 trainees, with emphasis on the contractor’s experience and capabilities in occupational medicine, episodic care, and related medical services.
