    Combined Synopsis/Solicitation GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION is seeking to lease office space in Troy, Michigan. The space must be contiguous on 1 floor and should not be located in a building that houses any law enforcement agency. The lease term is 8 years firm - 10 years. The minimum ABOA square feet required is 3325 and the maximum is 3500. The space should be of office type. The agency requires 1 surface or structured reserved parking space. The offerors are encouraged to submit rates for all terms available in the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) for consideration against future GSA requirements. The agency also has specific requirements for tenant improvement allowance and building specific amortized capital. Offerors are advised to check the attachments and links section of the notice for additional project-specific requirements or modifications to the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). Offerors should also familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The Shell work associated with delivering the Tenant Improvements will be at the Lessor's cost. The Government intends to award a lease to an offeror of a building that is in compliance with Seismic Standards. The Open Period for submitting offers is from the 1st through the 7th of each month. The Government reserves the right to allow for multiple Open Periods prior to selecting an offer for award. The offered space must comply with the requirements in the advertisement and the RLP and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements.
