FY26 Sabine-Neches Waterway, Texas Maintenance Dredging

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, is seeking sources for the FY26 Sabine-Neches Waterway Maintenance Dredging project in Texas. This is a sources sought synopsis for preliminary planning, not a request for proposal. The project involves maintenance pipeline dredging of the Sabine River, Neches River, and Sabine Pass, with an estimated 1.5 million cubic yards from the Sabine River reach, 1.3 million cubic yards from the Neches River, and additional dredging for various ports and junctions. Material placement will utilize beneficial use sites and upland confined placement. The estimated construction cost ranges from $25,000,000 to $100,000,000, with a completion time of 150 calendar days for the base work and 200 calendar days for options.
