Keystone and Webbers Dam Powerhouse - Excitation System Maintenance Service

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Tulsa District is conducting a Sources Sought announcement to gather information for preliminary acquisition planning. The USACE Tulsa District requires maintenance for two Alstom excitation systems at Keystone Dam (U1) and Webbers Falls Dam (U2) hydroelectric power plants. The work involves inspection, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance, including equipment, materials, and labor.
