The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 7 intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Miller-Remick, LLC for Architect/Engineer Construction Period Services for Project No. 534-24-102, Renovate SPS Spaces, at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Health Care System in Charleston, South Carolina. The work supports the construction phase with post-award engineering services, including submittal reviews, responses to RFIs, execution of design changes, and site visits and meetings to help ensure the project is built to the original design intent.
