Contract Opportunity Analysis
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center intends to award a sole-source contract for Phase 5 of the Flight Deck Collaborative Decision Making Research Project. The selected contractor, Connectsix LLC, will perform Flight Deck CDM IT Hardware Professional Services to upgrade, configure, and maintain a ground-based unit and code data capture capabilities for cloud storage. This phase of the project focuses on reducing latency, improving transcription speed, and deploying an edge audio device to modernize aircraft surface movement by digitizing VHF taxi commands. Performance will take place at the NASA Ames Research Center at Moffett Field, California, featuring key milestones including a shadow mode test assessment in November 2026 and a live-assessment test in March 2027.
