The governemnt seeks expression of interest from lessors to lease office space in Portland, Maine

The General Services Administration Public Buildings Service is seeking expressions of interest from lessors to lease contiguous office space in Portland, Maine. The government requires between 5,298 and 5,509 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association Office Area square feet, which must include 2,619 usable square feet of designated special space, such as secure vaults, a communications room, and secure storage. Technical specifications stipulate a fully serviced lease above the first floor but not on the top floor of a building with a loading dock, a freight elevator, 24/7 server room HVAC, and 18 reserved surface-level parking spaces. The 180-month lease term includes a 120-month firm term, with occupancy estimated for October 1, 2027.
