Description

Presolicitation GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) seeks to lease 7,383 ABOA square feet of office space in San Juan, PR. The space will be used to house a permanent training center that will provide training for agency personnel. The space should meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The lease term is 180 months, with a firm term of 120 months and one 5-year option term. The space should have a total of 128 parking spaces, all reserved for the exclusive use of the government. Public transportation should be provided within a half mile to 10 minutes walkable distance. The offered space should not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain.
