Contract Opportunity Analysis
The West Virginia National Guard has a requirement for a firm-fixed-price contract to deliver 10,000 gallons of On-Road Diesel Fuel to support training operations in Glen Jean, West Virginia. The scope of work requires the contractor to transport and deliver the fuel in two separate 5,000-gallon increments under strict logistical constraints. The first delivery increment is required on a 24-hour notice between July 25 and 27, 2026, and the second delivery must occur on August 4, 2026. This procurement is a 100 percent total small business set-aside with a formal solicitation expected to be released on or about July 15, 2026.
