Description

The Department of Health and Human Services, Department of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), is seeking commercially available conference and meeting support services, overnight lodging accommodations, and audio/visual equipment and services for the NIH Scientific Review Evaluation Activities (SREA) Program. The services will be used to support the NIH's scientific review evaluation activities. The procurement is for commercial services and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NIH intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with vendors whose submissions provide the best value. The ordering period for the BPAs will be valid from the time of award through December 31, 2025. Facilities shall be located within a fifty-mile radius of the major airports near the main NIH Campus in Bethesda, Maryland or the main campus of the National Institutes of Environmental Health Services (NIEHS) in Research Triangle Park, NC. The procurement is open to hotels and conference facilities in various approved cities/regions. The maximum order limit (MOL) for each order under the BPAs is $250,000. Quotations must be submitted online through the Hotel Application Tool (HAT) and all required documents must be completed and signed.
