Residential Apartment Condition Inspection and Reporting Services – U.S. Embassy Singapore

The U.S. Embassy Singapore, under the Department of State, intends to issue a Request for Quotations for independent residential apartment condition inspection and reporting services. The selected contractor will perform comprehensive visual and functional inspections of leased residential apartments following landlord renovations, identify and document defects, capture high-resolution photos, and prepare detailed condition reports. Performance is located in Singapore across a portfolio of approximately 120 residential apartments ranging from 1,200 to 3,600 square feet, and contractors must hold all necessary local business licenses, permits, and registrations.
