COMSOL Metaphysics Software Licenses

The Department of the Navy, on behalf of the Naval Research Laboratory, intends to award a sole-source purchase order to COMSOL to procure Multiphysics software licenses. The primary requirement is to furnish these proprietary software licenses under NAICS code 513210 for Software Publishers. This procurement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Washington, D.C., with the purchase value not to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000.
