The selected contractor must provide all qualified personnel, transportation, equipment, and permits necessary to execute one-time HAZMAT pickups at two designated locations in Guam: North Ramp and Camp Blaz Building 2420. At the North Ramp location, the contractor will collect 220 gallons of waste, including paint debris, adhesives, petroleum/oil/lubricants (POL), and aerosols between 09:00 and 12:00. At Camp Blaz, the contractor will collect an additional 220 gallons of waste consisting of various 35-gallon and 55-gallon drums containing engine oil, JP-8 fuel, hydraulic fluid, lubricants, aerosol cans, used absorbents, sealants, paints, coolant, and used filters between 12:00 and 15:00.
