Sources Sought – Fuel Oil Testing Services for Brookhaven National Laboratory

Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC, operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory under a U.S. Department of Energy contract, is issuing a sources sought notice to identify firms capable of providing analytical fuel oil testing services for Building 610 operations at the laboratory in Upton, New York. The work includes regulatory testing and reporting for #2 and #4 fuel oil, laboratory analysis of samples from designated tanks and fuel deliveries, and related environmental compliance activities such as sample retention and disposal. Testing is expected to be performed at the contractor’s laboratory facility in accordance with applicable ASTM standards, and interested firms should have experience with petroleum and fuel oil testing, regulatory compliance support, and timely analytical reporting.
