Perform refuse and recycling removal services

The Department of the Army, Army Contracting Command at Watervliet Arsenal, is seeking a contractor to perform refuse and recycling removal services at the Watervliet Arsenal in New York. The contractor will provide all efforts required to manage waste collection in accordance with commercial standards, local, state, and federal laws, and Army Regulation 420-1. Work must be performed on-site at the Watervliet Arsenal with a period of performance consisting of a one-year base period, two one-year option periods, and a potential six-month extension. This opportunity is set aside for HUBZone small businesses, and interested parties must have an active System for Award Management registration to be eligible.
