The Federal Aviation Administration has issued a solicitation for professional janitorial services at multiple locations in Salt Lake City, Utah, including the SLC ATCT/TRACON, SLC ARTCC/CCF/NEMC office spaces, and the NCE SSC office space. The selected contractor must furnish all necessary materials, supplies, equipment, and tools to perform custodial tasks in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, frequency charts, and Department of Labor wage determinations. This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside that will result in a firm-fixed-price contract featuring a one-year base period starting January 1, 2027, followed by four subsequent one-year option periods.
