Government seeking space in Concord, MA
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The General Services Administration’s Public Buildings Service, through its Office of Leasing, is seeking to lease office and related space in Concord, Massachusetts, and the surrounding area to replace an expiring government-occupied lease. The required space is for approximately 97,256 to 99,000 ABOA square feet, must be contiguous, and must include 17 reserved, secured parking spaces. The offered space must support a fully serviced lease and meet federal fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, floodplain, and Section 889 telecommunications-related requirements, and the Government requires rooftop line-of-sight to Wachusett Mountain Tower as confirmed by field test. The lease term is 15 years with no option term, and the Government is considering alternative space if it is economically advantageous.
