modification to existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contract W81K0423D0006 with Agility Health Inc

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to modify the existing contract W81K04-23-D-0006 with Agiliti Health Inc to increase the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality contract ceiling. The contractor provides medical device maintenance services across the military treatment facilities to support the medical sustainment mission of the Department of Defense. This ceiling increase is required to address a significant surge in mission requirements from realignment efforts and a simultaneous reduction in the military and civilian biomedical technical workforce.
