Contractors must deliver the benchtop systems with specific technical capabilities, including a center wavelength of 1550 nm, an output power greater than 100 mW, a Lorentzian linewidth under 250 Hz, and wavelength tuning of at least 25 pm. The systems must be delivered FOB Destination to Gaithersburg, Maryland, within 100 days of contract award and include user training materials alongside a minimum one-year warranty. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable responsible offeror submitting a firm-fixed-price quote.
