The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, is seeking sources to identify capable Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises and Indian Economic Enterprises for regulated medical waste and pharmaceutical hazardous waste collection and disposal services. The selected contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation to handle, store, transport, and dispose of infectious hazardous pharmaceutical waste, regulated medical waste, and chemo trace waste. Required services include bi-weekly medical waste pick-ups and up to three annual on-request pick-ups for chemo trace and hazardous pharmaceutical waste at the Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center in Bloomfield, New Mexico, over an anticipated one-year base period with four one-year options. Interested parties must submit a capability statement of no more than five pages with past performance details and a completed Buy Indian representation form to Deborah Blyveis and Daniel Weingarten by September 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
