Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center is seeking market information to identify qualified vendors capable of providing a Brand Name or Equal PAR Excellence Weight-Based Inventory Management System for the VISN 8 Sunshine Network. The contractor will be required to deliver, install, and support the system across secondary inventory locations at seven VA Medical Centers in Florida and Puerto Rico, providing all necessary hardware, software, bins, scales, training, and a one-year warranty. The system must integrate directly with the VA’s Generic Inventory Package under IFCAP and comply with strict Technical Reference Model, Zero Trust security, and IPv6 standards over a performance period consisting of a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods.
