Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Administration, is seeking sources for industrial-grade liquid nitrogen supply services and bulk storage tank rental. The selected contractor will be required to supply approximately 540 gallons of high-purity liquid nitrogen monthly to support laboratory instruments and provide, maintain, and inspect a rental bulk storage system with a minimum capacity of 1,500 gallons. Work will be performed at the San Juan Laboratory in Puerto Rico, and the anticipated contract structure is a one-year base period followed by four one-year options. Capability statements of no more than ten pages must be submitted electronically to Nina Montgomery at nina.montgomery@fda.hhs.gov by July 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
