Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source contract for Flow Cytometer Wash Assistants for the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. The procurement covers supplies and is planned as a firm fixed-price contract with option periods to BD Bioscience as the only identified source. It is not a request for competitive proposals, but the government will consider capability statements from responsible sources that can meet the requirement and provide proof of bona fide capability, including a SAM UEI, TIN, and documentation showing the vendor is an authorized distributor or reseller.
