Fabricated Beryllium Copper Transition Bases

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, within the Department of the Navy, is seeking quotations for fabricated beryllium copper transition bases under a total small business set-aside. The requirement is for a firm-fixed-price purchase of eight Transition Bases, plus one not-separately-priced CDRL line item, built in accordance with Government drawing 06793505 Rev D Mod 01 and delivered FOB destination to Newport, Rhode Island. Offerors must have active SAM registration and, to access the export-controlled drawings, valid JCP certification with DD 2345, a recent NIST SP 800-171 DoD assessment in SPRS, and CMMC Level 2 (SELF) or higher; the quote must also address technical capability, equipment, process steps, past performance, and delivery lead time under a lowest-price-technically-acceptable evaluation. Quotes are to be emailed to Amy Prisco and should include pricing with shipping, delivery terms, lead times, contact information, CAGE Code, and SAM Unique Entity ID, with a desired delivery date on or before 31 December 2026.
