USASOC, through HQ USASOC Contracting for the Department of Defense, is conducting a Sources Sought/RFI for the Joint Human Domain Integration Training Program in support of the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade (Special Operations) (Airborne). The work is for on-site training at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and includes senior-level instruction in network analysis and targeting, mobile force protection, cultural and language support, tabletop exercises, and practical applications tied to JNAT, critical infrastructure analysis and reporting, joint network design, and open-source research. The requirement emphasizes instructors with strong SOF experience, verified Joint Human Domain Integration/JNAT expertise, a mature and adaptable curriculum, immediate execution capability, and the ability to meet Secret clearance, facility clearance, and CUI handling requirements under NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC.
