Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Air Force is seeking capable sources for the continued development, deployment, and sustainment of the Advanced Battle Management System Digital Infrastructure Processing Nodes Product Line. The selected contractor will manage the product lifecycle to ensure secure Command and Control mission operations in distributed, isolated, and contested environments. Work requirements include program management using Agile SAFe methodologies, systems engineering, cybersecurity compliance under Risk Management Framework and Zero Trust Architecture, and maintaining a Software Integration Lab. Interested vendors must submit a capability response addressing experience with multiple independent levels of security, the Department of the Air Force Battle Network, and consortiums. Questions are due by July 15, 2026, and final electronic submissions must be sent to Christine Basham and Logan Boomershine by July 20, 2026.
