The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Philadelphia is seeking suppliers for a window washer pump under solicitation number SPRPA1. This procurement is for newly manufactured spares, and refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired materials will not be accepted. Eligible suppliers must provide Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified parts possessing an FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag, and offers from non-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable. The contract requires compliance with higher-level quality standards, specifically AS, EN, or JISQ 9100 or an equivalent quality system.
