Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of the Navy’s Strategic Systems Programs office is seeking market research responses for lifecycle sustainment and technical support for the Marine Corps Tactical Instrumentation System-Personnel (MCTIS-P). The work covers contractor logistics support, training event and exercise support, train-the-trainer services, engineering support, and post-deployment software support for the system and its mobile command and control configurations. The effort calls for two full-time equivalent personnel providing virtual and on-site support at Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic and Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific, and respondents must show recent, relevant experience with similar technical, maintenance, training, logistics, and software support work, as well as the ability to work with SECRET-cleared facilities and computing systems. White paper capability statements are due by 26 May 2026 at 4:00 p.m. EST, limited to 10 pages, and must be emailed to Robert Morse and Lauren Shallow.
