Request for Information - Rental, Setup, and Removal of 700 Cots at USAFA

The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy, has issued a Request for Information to identify sources for the short-term rental of 700 cots. The selected vendor will be responsible for the delivery, setup, and subsequent tear-down and removal of all 700 cots. Work must be performed on-site at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with setup scheduled for Sunday, July 19, 2026, and removal scheduled for Saturday, July 25, 2026.
