RFI: Engineering Subject Matter Expertise in supporting modernization of E-767 AWACS Fleet

The Department of the Air Force at Hanscom AFB is seeking qualified sources for engineering subject matter expertise to support the crypto modernization upgrade of the E-767 AWACS fleet. The work centers on extensive maintenance, testing, and engineering support for E-3/E-767 system integration, cybersecurity, lab management, hardware and software installation, and test and evaluation. The effort may involve relocating and reestablishing AWACS lab infrastructure, performing engineering and qualification analysis such as aerodynamic and EMI assessments, supporting aircraft maintenance and ferry flights, and leading developmental test activities in the AWACS systems labs. This is an RFI for planning purposes only, not a solicitation, and responses must be unclassified, limited to ten pages, and submitted by email within 15 calendar days of publication.
