The National Institute of Standards and Technology is seeking a contractor to supply a high-resolution near-infrared camera to support the Communications Technology Laboratory, Radio Frequency Technology Division. The contractor must deliver a complete camera system featuring a 2D area sensor with at least 2560 by 2048 pixel resolution, a thermoelectric-cooled sensor, global shutter, USB3 or GigE interface, C-mount lens attachment, and a body size not exceeding 100 millimeters in any dimension. This equipment is intended for inspecting semiconductor wafers during high-frequency radio frequency probing and 1550 nanometer optical illumination, with delivery required at the agency's campus in Boulder, Colorado, by April 30, 2027. This procurement is a 100 percent small business set-aside that will be awarded on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis.
