The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, W91238 Endist Sacramento, is seeking herbicide spraying services for the Pine Flat Lake and Dam Project in Fresno County, California. The work is a performance-based requirement to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supplies for herbicide application across recreation, wildlife, and utility areas, including roadsides, fence lines, trails, parking lots, structures, campsites, and evaporation ponds. The contract calls for EPA-registered herbicides approved for California and Fresno County, off-site mixing and disposal, post-application monitoring, public notification signage, and a 90% vegetative kill rate, with services performed between December and May under a base year and four option years.
