16--UTFA, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is seeking the repair or modification of miscellaneous aircraft accessories and components under National Stock Number 7R-1680-015932122-EL. The contract requirement is for a quantity of 40 units of the specified part under Technical Data Package Version 004, with delivery terms set as FOB Origin. Because this item is flight-critical and the technical data is proprietary, the procurement requires Government source approval prior to contract award, restricting the non-competitive solicitation to previously approved sources. Alternate sources seeking qualification must submit a comprehensive source approval package detailing their manufacturing experience and capabilities in accordance with NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support guidelines.
