The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection is acquiring contractor services to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, and improvement services for Tactical Infrastructure assets in the El Paso and Big Bend North Sectors in Texas. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to maintain roads and bridges, fences and gates, vegetation and debris, electrical systems, drainage, and tunnels. The procurement is an 8(a) set-aside for a single-award contract consisting of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, totaling an estimated value of over $31 million. Proposals are restricted to vendors who attended the mandatory site visits, and the Phase One Factor One experience submission must be emailed to primary contact Muhanad Sasa and secondary contact Donna McMullen by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on July 15, 2026.
