The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Philadelphia is seeking to procure six shock strut cylinders under National Stock Number 7R-1680-016003327-V2. Contractors must supply newly manufactured commercial components that meet the government's form, fit, and function requirements. Deliveries require FOB Origin shipment, standard commercial packaging, a standard commercial warranty, and a properly executed FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate. To be eligible for award, offers must come from government-approved sources of supply, and any distributors of approved sources must submit their authorized distributor letter via email at the time of proposal submission.
