Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center, on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, intends to award a sole-source contract to Vantor Services Inc. for the DHS Forecasting and Analytics for Law Enforcement Operations and Networks (FALCON) capability. The work will further develop and integrate an analytic environment that includes IT infrastructure, applications, data science, and analytic methodologies to support spatiotemporal analytics and real-time detection and reporting of illicit activities across U.S. borders. The effort includes classified and unclassified components, will be structured with CPFF labor and cost-type ODC CLINs, and is planned for performance at the contractor’s facilities over a three-year period. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but responsible sources may submit capability information, including a UEI, by 5:00 PM EST on June 3, 2026, under solicitation number 140D0426R0062, with submissions sent to Kevin Woody and an active SAM registration required.
