S--FG-RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE REMOVAL

The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisitions Branch, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Priced contract to the Town of Dutch John for recurring residential garbage pickup and disposal services. These services are for Government-owned housing within the Flaming Gorge Field Division, located in the Town of Dutch John. The procurement is classified under NAICS Code 562111- Solid Waste Collection. The decision to not compete this requirement is based on 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii), citing only one responsible source available. The Government anticipates awarding the contract by the end of February 2026. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible sources capable of meeting the requirements may submit a capability statement, including SAM.Gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). All offerors must have an active SAM registration. Responses must be submitted electronically to Kelly Cook at kcook@usbr.gov by 5:00 pm ET on February 13, 2026.
