Contract Opportunity Analysis
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Shared Services Center is procuring services to develop a structured, repeatable engagement framework that strengthens community participation, surfaces emerging capabilities, and identifies operational needs for two planned Intelligent Systems Technology (IST) consortium or hub communities. Under this contract, the provider will develop an IST innovation pipeline, design and execute strategic outreach for future solicitations, and lead two one-day "Mind Meld" innovation events. This performance will occur over a period not to exceed 18 months through virtual or hybrid environments, with primary administrative support located at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. NASA intends to award a sole-source commercial contract to Blue Clarity LLC, but interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to Shanna L. Patterson at shanna.l.patterson@nasa.gov by July 15, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. CST.
