The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to MedBridge, Inc. for a subscription supporting rehabilitation professional services. The subscription covers a multi-product platform with integrated professional development and patient education content for staff and patients at the W. G. Hefner Medical Center, South Charlotte Veterans Health Care Center, and Kernersville VA Health Care Center. The platform must be compliant with the HITRUST CSF, and the action is being pursued under FAR 13.106-1(b) as a single-source procurement rather than a request for competitive quotations.
