Sole Source: Specialized Spectrum Analysis for National Weather Service

The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Niyam IT, Inc. to provide specialized spectrum analysis for the National Weather Service. The contractor will perform specialized spectrum baselining, physical site viability assessments, and line-of-sight radar relocation analyses across a prioritized list of Next Generation Radar facilities nationwide. The procurement requires highly specialized capabilities in integrated data architecture, proprietary geospatial analysis platforms, and active security coordination for a single, continuous, non-severable 12-month period of performance.
