Sources Sought to Sole Source- Redstone Arsenal Airfield MG – Electric Power, Photovoltaic Project (Switchgear)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, is preparing a construction solicitation for the Redstone Arsenal Airfield Microgrid – Electric Power, Photovoltaic Project and is seeking sources for the work. The project includes installation associated with a switchgear package, with a sole-source brand-name requirement identified for G&W switchgear model PR40-378-12-40FB with SEL relays. The work is to be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, and the notice emphasizes that interested parties must be able to demonstrate in writing that they can meet the stated requirement. Capability statements are due by 1:00 PM ET on 22 April 2026 and must be emailed to henry.c.caldera@usace.army.mil.
