nCounter Pro Analysis System

The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, is soliciting quotes for an nCounter Pro Analysis System to support its laboratory operations in Durham, North Carolina. The contractor must deliver one nCounter Pro Analysis System, an nCounter Pro Prep Station, installation and training kits, a one-year warranty, and 48-month Gold service contracts for both the system and the prep station. Under the service contracts, Bruker Spatial Biology-trained personnel must provide manufacturer-authorized maintenance, preventive services, software updates, and repairs using approved parts once the initial warranty ends.
