NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE ADVANTOR SECURITY
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army, on behalf of the 188th Wing of the Arkansas Air National Guard, intends to award a sole-source contract for the delivery and installation of an intrusion detection and access control system. The required work supports the wing's F-35 Warehouse in Fort Smith, Arkansas, utilizing systems that integrate with the existing infrastructure. Advantor Systems Corporation is the sole authorized contractor for the wing's security system and is the only manufacturer of the equipment currently in place. Although the requirement is not currently funded, an award will be made to Advantor if funds become available before September 30, 2026. Qualified sources must respond with their capabilities to Contracting Officer MSgt Robin Swaim-Cherry at robin.swaim-cherry@us.af.mil by 11:00 a.m. CST on September 27, 2026.
