LITTORAL COMBAT SHIP (LCS) IN-SERVICE ENGINEERING & LIFE CYCLE SUPPORT

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) requires extensive systems engineering and technical expertise to support the Independence variant of the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) and other surface and maritime systems. This contract focuses on improving Warfighter readiness, modernizing product and service delivery, and managing various systems including combat, unmanned, surface ship, and information systems. The scope includes integration, modernization, testing, troubleshooting, and sustainment of numerous combat system elements, hardware, and software. Key requirements involve program and task order management, ensuring security, handling deliverables, and managing government-furnished information and property. Technical requirements cover contingency environments, material procurement, engineering, integration, test and evaluation, software development and testing, cybersecurity, planning, installation, modernization, logistics, training, and design interface support. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, adhere to strict security protocols, manage travel, and deliver comprehensive reports.
