Solicitation - GPA requirement of new hematology analyzers, all associated equipment, consumables, installation, validation, training and warranty support

The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, is seeking a contractor to provide hematology analyzers and associated supplies and services for Great Plains Area facilities in South and North Dakota. The contractor must deliver new analyzers, required peripherals, reagents, and consumables under a Cost-Per-Reportable-Result pricing model, while also handling installation, validation, LIS interface support, training, and ongoing maintenance. Required equipment capabilities include automated CBC with a six-part differential, pediatric tube capability, and an automated reagent management system. The resulting firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will feature a one-year base period, four one-year option periods, and a contract ceiling under $2 million.
