The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Philadelphia is seeking suppliers for aircraft taxiing lights. The procurement requires the delivery of newly manufactured spares, and refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired materials will not be accepted. To be eligible for award, offerors must be government-approved sources of supply, and any distributors of these approved sources must submit an authorized distributor letter on the source letterhead at the time of proposal submittal. Additionally, suppliers must provide FAA-certified parts that possess an FAA Authorized Release Certificate and FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag, complying with AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent higher-level contract quality requirements.
