This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines a federal project managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, to perform comprehensive roof repairs and facility maintenance at the DISA Headquarters complex on Fort Meade, Maryland. The project scope entails inspecting and repairing EPDM roofing across six buildings (totaling over 1 million square feet), resetting loose lightning protection aerials, sealing concrete foundation cracks wider than 1/16-inch, and repairing or replacing gutters.
